On my typical day-to-day life, I hang out with a group of young boys and girls like myself; and I realized their growing temptation for emigration outside Palestine to “anywhere” else in the world. The reason is just their urge of leaving the “Restricted zone”. Right then, I felt the need to refresh their memories and ask them; “What do you think of your life in Palestine?”

هناك دائما اجلس فاشرب العصير الفرش في محل السلوادي على المنارة في رام الله. انظر على وجوه الناس يمينا و يسارا. أرى في كل وجه قصة. أمامي رجل عجوز يسال الناس: هل من مساعد؟ حسنة لوجه الله. رجل متوسط العمر، لكن التجاعيد أكلت من وجهه لكثرتها، لا بد انه يعاني من المشاكل العائلية و المالية. شاب و صديقته، هو يتحدث بعين الإعجاب و هي تضحك فرحا به. امرأة تحمل طفلها و تصرخ: اسكت اسكت وصلنا، يلعن الخلفه و ساعتها. و مازال الرجل العجوز المحتاج جالسا على الرصيف يسال: هل من مساعد؟ شرطي يأشر للمارة، أنت مر، أنت توقف. شاب يحمل ورقة و صديقه يتحدث- شعرت أنهم يبحثون عن فكرة- توقفوا، فكروا، تحدثوا، و لحظة ثم مشوا و كان اليأس دب في قلوبهم قبل أن تبدأ الفكرة!

غيرت حياة العالم، تتلاعب بالعواطف و السيطرة على منهجية عمل العقول، تقودك بإرادتك نحو الهدف الذي صممت من اجله، من هنا تكمن أهمية الصورة في عالم الإعلام و في خلق أيديولوجيا في إطارنا المرجعي و الثقافي و بالتالي الوصول إلي سلوك بشري معين يهدف إلي فكرة تخدم هذا الهدف الإعلامي و خلق المعنى.

أتحدث في اليوم العادي مع عدد لا باس به من الشباب و الصبايا، و لاحظت مؤخرا ازدياد عدد الراغبين بمغادرة فلسطين و السفر إلى أي مكان كان، فقط للخروج من هذه المنطقة المحظورة، حينها شعرت أنني بحاجة كي اطرق باب ذاكرتهم و أن اسألهم سؤالا عاما محددا؛ شو رأيك بحياتك في فلسطين؟

While at university, we learned how a message should be devised by journalists in a way that our grandmothers would be able to understand, using language which is both simple and meaningful

بين الواقعية الإعلامية و التمثيل
اجلس أمام التلفاز، أو أستمع للراديو، أو أقرأ الصحيفة والانترنت باحثا عن المعلومة الصحيحة في خضم هذا الكم الهائل من الوسائل أو الأدوات السحرية، كي أرى الإعلاميين من مقدمي برامج، وأخبار، وفن و ثقافة، قد تحول معظمهم إلى ممثلين خبراء في صناعة الحركات البهلوانية.
في أيام الجامعة، كنا نتعلم كيفية إرسال رسالة إعلامية و كأننا نتحدث مع “ستّي” يعني جدتي، أي أن تكون رسالة بسيطة مفهومة بلغة صحفية تحمل قيمة في مضمونها و بعدها اللغوي و الفكري.

Je vais vous raconter une histoire. Je vais vous raconter l’histoire d’un homme et d’une femme
Ils sont inscrits en première année à l’université. Ils se rendent aux cours depuis trois mois. Même département, même faculté. Il est grand, brun, sympathique. Elle est belle de la beauté pâle et magnétique de la Lune. Personne n’est comme elle. Il la cherche du regard chaque jour. Il la cherche dans les couloirs, dans la cour parmi la masse bruyante des étudiants et finit par la trouver. Elle est là, entre ses amies ou seule en train de lire un livre à l’ombre d’un arbre. Lui n’a pas le courage de l’approcher. A y penser, ses mains tremblent et son corps se raidit, pétrifié sur le pavé. Elle sait, elle a compris, mais elle le regarde sans dédain. Elle n’est pas de celles qui lorsqu’elles se font courtisées, se pavanent avec arrogance. Elle le regarde avec amour et attend qu’il trouve le courage, mais il continue de l’observer de loin, avec respect. Et c’est elle, qui un jour, vainc la timidité et s’approche de lui « Je m’appelle Amar, Lune, et toi ? » Lui blêmit, il sent son estomac se nouer et dans un souffle répond «Mohamed ». C’est leur première rencontre, la plus belle

الشرطة في خدمة الأطفال
كان يا مكان، في بلاد العجائب، حدثت اغرب حادثة في تاريخ الطفولة الفلسطينية. أخي الأصغر و عمره خمس سنواتـ. في ليلة العيد، قلت له: شو رأيك أنروح على رام الله ونشتري العاب؟” اعتقدت انه سيقفز فرحا، لكنه هزني عندما قال:
- لا ما بدي أروح!.
- ليش؟
